Comments and Suggestions
We are happy to accept and consider comments and suggestions from our patients. There is a box in Main Reception where you can leave your comments/suggestions in writing.
We always try to provide the best service possible but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened. If you wish to make a complaint please write to our Practice Manager, or you can complete a complaint form. We have an in-house complaints procedure which will allow us to look into and if necessary, correct any problems or mistakes that you have identified.
Doctors and Staff have the right to carry out their jobs in a safe environment without fear of harassment, threats or intimidation.
We follow the NHS policy of Zero Tolerance and any such behaviour may result in the cancellation of your registration with this Practice. We have the right to remove from our list any patient who is violent or abusive to any member of the team.
If a patient is violent, the Police will be called and a formal statement made about the violent behaviour. The patient will be removed from the Practice list immediately and the Police may take further action (for example taking an Anti-Social Behaviour Order out against the patient.)
